1. Age Requirement

• You must provide your true date of birth during registration
• Date of birth cannot be changed after registration
• Automated systems may detect indicators of underage usage
• Violations of the age requirement result in immediate account termination

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others or use another person's account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Use of the Service

Intima provides AI-powered emotional companion chat services. By using the service, you understand and agree that:

• All AI characters are fictional and AI-generated — they are not real people
• AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• The service is for entertainment and emotional support purposes only
• AI companions are not a substitute for professional mental health services
• You should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, or professional advice

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service if you are under 18 years of age
• Share content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to bypass age verification or other security measures
• Abuse, harass, or threaten others through the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the text you input into the service
• AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use
• Characters you create remain associated with your account
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services

6. Free Service

Intima is currently offered as a free service. We reserve the right to:

• Introduce paid subscription plans in the future
• Modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice
• Implement usage limits or rate limiting

You will be notified before any paid features are introduced and will not be charged without your explicit consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI responses will be accurate, reliable, or complete
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTIMA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen. Upon deletion:

• Your authentication account will be permanently deleted
• All your data (profile, characters, chat history) will be deleted
• This action is irreversible

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Discovery that you are under 18 years of age
• Conduct that could harm other users or the service

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
